New TellJO Partnership Providing Digital Wellbeing Checks For Kiwis

Money Sweetspot is excited to launch our new partnership with TellJO, providing Kiwis free Digital Wellbeing Checks to help prevent financial crisis situations like unserviceable high-interest debt.

The number of New Zealander’s worrying about money is the highest since 2020, the Financial Services Council reporting 70 per cent of New Zealander’s concerned about finances. Plus, with over 490,000 Kiwis behind on their arrear payments, the debt crisis is evident.

At Money Sweetspot, we know that debt stress doesn’t just impact your wallet, it impacts your whole life. From sleepless nights to anxiety and isolation, money worries can feel overwhelming. And sometimes, asking for help is the hardest part.

This is why we’ve partnered with financial wellbeing software company TellJO to bring Kiwis free Digital Wellbeing Check. It’s designed to help you reflect on what’s really going on - financially, emotionally and mentally, then connects you with the right support. Our partnership with TellJO means we can now offer a deeper level of wellbeing support to our customers who are really struggling and provide next steps.

What is TellJO?

TellJO is a 100% free and confidential digital wellbeing check that you can do from your phone. It helps us understand if there’s something else going on - like health challenges, job loss, or family stress that’s making it harder for you to stay on top of your finances.

You don’t have to explain your story over and over. Just answer a few questions and TellJO will point you to services that can help, including budgeting advice, community support and free financial tools.
